I offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic approaches including Act and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused, DBT, Personal-Centered and Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Each approach is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

How long does therapy typically take?

Therapy duration varies based on your needs and goals. Short-term therapy (8-12 sessions) works well for specific issues, while longer-term therapy may be beneficial for complex trauma or ongoing support.

First Session

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and practical matters. Bring any questions you have.

Insurance

What hours are you available for appointments?

I am available Monday-Saturday, during the day, evenings, and weekends. Telehealth appointments are also available. The scheduling office hours are available on the Contact page.

Cost

How much do sessions cost? Do you accept insurance?

Please call the office to discuss rates. I accept most insurance plans and have reasonable self-pay rates.

Confidentiality

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is confidential. What you share is protected by law and ethics. There are limited exceptions for safety concerns or court orders.
